AstroSoma ("uygulama"), kişiselleştirilmiş astroloji yorumları sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verilerin toplandığını, ne için kullanıldığını, kimlerle paylaşıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar. 1. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri. E-posta adresi ve giriş yöntemi (Google ile giriş), hesap oluşturma tarihi, son kullanım zamanı. Google ile girdiyseniz Google hesabınızın profil fotoğrafının bağlantısı da hesabınızda durur; uygulama bu fotoğrafı yalnız sizin avatarınızda gösterir, ayrıca kopyalamaz ve hesabınızla birlikte silinir.

Doğum bilgileri. Adınız (veya takma adınız), doğum tarihi, doğum saati (biliniyorsa), doğum yeri ve bu yerin koordinatları ile saat dilimi, cinsiyet. Bu bilgiler doğum haritanızın hesaplanması ve yorumların üretilmesi için gereklidir; uygulama bunlarsız çalışmaz.

Kayıtlı kişiler. Uyum analizi için eklediğiniz kişilerin adı ve doğum bilgileri. Bu bilgileri girmeden önce ilgili kişiyi bilgilendirmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Üretilen yorumlar. Sizin için üretilen yorum metinleri, hangi doğum verisiyle üretildiklerinin kaydıyla birlikte hesabınızda saklanır. Yazdığınız sorular (bir yoruma kendi sorunuz ve bir yorumun altında sorduklarınız) ve bunlara verilen cevaplar da hesabınızda saklanır ve hesabınızla birlikte silinir. Bir yorum için yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına ne gönderildiğinin kaydı (doğum verisi, soru ve üretilen metin), hatalı bir yorumun incelenebilmesi için tutulur; o da hesabınızla birlikte silinir. Bir yorumu, üretildiği doğum verisi ve soruyla birlikte, kalite kontrolü ve destek taleplerinizi çözebilmek için görüntüleyebiliriz; yönetim panelimizden yapılan görüntülemeler kayıt altına alınır.

Satın alma bilgileri. Kredi ve abonelik satın alımları uygulama mağazası (Google Play / App Store) ve ödeme altyapımız RevenueCat üzerinden işlenir. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; bize ulaşan, satın alınan ürün, fiyat, para birimi, ülke ve mağazanın sipariş numarası gibi işlem kayıtlarıdır. Sipariş numarası, bir iadenin hangi satın alıma ait olduğunu bulmak için tutulur.

Destek talepleri. Destek talebi açtığınızda yazdığınız mesajlar ve talebin dili saklanır. Bir yorumu şikayet ederseniz talebe o yorumun kimliği eklenir.

Bildirim verileri. Anlık bildirim gönderebilmek için cihaz bildirim anahtarları (push token) ve bildirim tercihleriniz saklanır.

Uygulama ayarları. Cihazınızın saat dilimi (günlük hakkınız ve bildirimleriniz sizin gününüze göre işlesin diye), uygulamanın dili ve sürümü, seçtiğiniz müzik türleri, kendi davet kodunuz ve bu kodla kazandığınız davet ödülü sayısı; bir davet bağlantısıyla geldiyseniz sizi hangi hesabın davet ettiği.

Kullanım ve güvenlik verileri. Firebase Analytics üzerinden anonim düzeyde kullanım olayları (ör. bir bildirime dokunulması) toplanır. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de bunun için aşağıda anlatılan Google onay ekranında izniniz istenir. İzin vermezseniz ya da size henüz sorulmadıysa Analytics cihazınızda kimlik saklamaz: olaylar kimliksiz gönderilir ve sizinle ilişkilendirilemez. Uygulama çöktüğünde ya da bir işlem hata verdiğinde Firebase Crashlytics üzerinden bir çökme raporu gönderilir: hatanın teknik ayrıntısı, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve uygulama sürümü. Bu rapor adınızı, doğum bilgilerinizi veya yorum içeriğini içermez ve hesabınıza bağlanmaz. Kötüye kullanım girişimlerinde (ör. kupon kodu deneme saldırısı) hizmeti güvende tutmak için (meşru menfaat) reddin türünü, hesap kimliğinizi ve denenen kodu kaydederiz. IP adresiniz saklanmaz; IP, gizli bir anahtarla geri döndürülemez şekilde takma adlaştırılır. Bu kayıtlar 90 gün sonra otomatik silinir.

Reklam verileri. Aboneliği ve kredisi olmayan okuyuculara zaman zaman tam ekran reklam gösteriyoruz; reklamlar Google AdMob üzerinden geliyor. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre dışında reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez: ilgi alanlarınıza ya da geçmişinize göre seçilmez; AdMob cihazınızın reklam kimliğine (Android Advertising ID) yalnızca aynı reklamı üst üste göstermemek, gösterimleri saymak ve sahte tıklamaları önlemek için erişir. O üç bölgede reklamlar yalnızca aşağıdaki onay ekranında izin verirseniz kişiselleştirilir. Bu kimliği biz saklamıyoruz ve hesabınıza bağlamıyoruz. Kullanım istatistiklerimiz de bu kimliği hiç görmüyor: Firebase Analytics'in reklam kimliğini toplaması uygulama tarafından kapatılmıştır. Abone olduğunuzda ya da krediniz olduğunda reklam gösterilmez, reklam istenmez ve reklam yazılımı başlatılmaz. Uygulama yalnızca her açılışta, bulunduğunuz bölgede onay gerekip gerekmediğini Google'ın onay hizmetine sorar; bu sırada reklam istenmez.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki okuyuculara giriş ekranında, uygulamaya giriş yapmadan önce Google'ın onay ekranı gösterilir. İzin verirseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilebilir; vermezseniz kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir ya da bazı durumlarda hiç reklam gösterilmez. Aynı ekran kullanım istatistikleri için de izin ister. Verilen cevap uygulama içinde Hesap → Reklam Tercihleri satırından değiştirilebilir; o satır yalnız onay ekranı gösterilmiş okuyucuda görünür.

Reklam kimliğinizi cihazınızdan silebilir ya da sıfırlayabilirsiniz: Android'de Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar.

2. Verilerinizi ne için kullanıyoruz

• Doğum haritanızı hesaplamak ve kişiselleştirilmiş yorumlar üretmek (sözleşmenin ifası — KVKK m.5/2-c).
• Satın alımlarınızı işlemek, kredi bakiyenizi ve aboneliğinizi yönetmek (sözleşmenin ifası).
• Destek taleplerinizi yanıtlamak (talebinizin yerine getirilmesi).
• Üretilen yorumların kalitesini kontrol etmek (meşru menfaat — KVKK m.5/2-f); bkz. §1, "Üretilen yorumlar".
• Bildirim göndermek (yorum hazır bildirimi, destek cevapları; cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz).
• Hizmeti güvenli tutmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek (meşru menfaat — KVKK m.5/2-f).
• Uygulamayı iyileştirmek için toplu kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları üzerinden hataları bulup düzeltmek (meşru menfaat). Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de kullanım istatistikleri açık rızaya bağlıdır.
• Ücretsiz kullanımı finanse etmek için reklam göstermek (meşru menfaat — KVKK m.5/2-f); bu reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de reklamların kişiselleştirilmesi açık rızaya bağlıdır ve giriş ekranında sorulur; rıza yoksa kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilebilir.

Doğum bilgileriniz, yorumlarınız, destek yazışmalarınız ve hesap bilgileriniz reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz; reklam tarafına yalnızca §1'de anlatılan reklam kimliği gider. Verileriniz hiçbir koşulda satılmaz.

3. Yapay zekâ ile işleme

Yorumlar büyük dil modelleriyle üretilir. Bir yorum istediğinizde doğum tarihiniz, doğum saatiniz, doğduğunuz şehir ve cinsiyetiniz, doğum haritanızın özetiyle (gezegen konumları, evler, açılar) birlikte yorum üretimi için yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına (Google Gemini) iletilir. Kendi adınız iletilmez. Uyum yorumlarında ek olarak kayıtlı kişinin harita özeti, doğum bilgileri ve o kişiyi kaydederken verdiğiniz ad da iletilir; çünkü yorum o kişiden adıyla söz eder. Kendi sorunuzu yazdığınızda yazdığınız cümle de iletilir. Bir yorum hakkında soru sorduğunuzda o yorumun metni ile altındaki önceki soru ve cevaplar da iletilir; cevap onlardan devam eder. Bu yolla işlenmesini istemediğiniz bir bilgiyi soruya ya da öneriye yazmayın. Bize gönderdiğiniz öneriler de aynı sağlayıcıyla özetlenebilir; bu durumda yalnızca önerinin metni iletilir. Bu iletimler yalnızca yorumun üretilmesi ve önerilerin özetlenmesi içindir; sağlayıcıya giden veride e-posta adresiniz veya hesap kimliğiniz bulunmaz.

4. Verilerin paylaşıldığı hizmet sağlayıcılar

Verileriniz aşağıdaki işleyicilerde barındırılır veya işlenir. Reklam amaçlı paylaşım yalnızca listenin son satırıyla sınırlıdır ve kapsamı §1'de yazılıdır:

• Google Firebase (Google LLC): kimlik doğrulama, veri tabanı, analitik, çökme raporlama (Crashlytics), bildirim altyapısı. Veri tabanı (Cloud Firestore) Avrupa bölgesinde (eur3) barındırılır.
• RevenueCat, Inc.: satın alma doğrulama ve abonelik yönetimi.
• Yapay zekâ sağlayıcısı (Google): yalnızca yorum üretimi ve öneri özetleme sırasında, §3'te açıklanan kapsamla.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): yalnızca reklam gösterilen okuyucular için ve yalnızca reklam kimliğiyle; hesabınız, doğum bilgileriniz ve yorumlarınız bu tarafa hiç geçmez.

Yurt dışına aktarım. Google ve RevenueCat verileri Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde de işler. RevenueCat'e rastgele bir hesap kimliği, satın alma kayıtları ve temel cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (ör. cihaz modeli, uygulama sürümü, ülke) gider; adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve doğum bilgileriniz gitmez. Türkiye'deki okuyucular için KVKK m.9'daki standart sözleşme Google'dan ve RevenueCat'ten talep edilmiştir; imzalandığında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na bildirilecek ve bu bölüm güncellenecektir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki okuyucular için dayanak, sağlayıcıların Avrupa Komisyonu'nun Standart Sözleşme Maddelerini içeren veri işleme koşulları ve uygulanabildiği durumda AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi'dir.

5. Saklama süreleri

• Hesap verileriniz, hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır.
• Hesabınızı uygulama içinden sildiğinizde profiliniz, yorumlarınız, sorduğunuz sorular ve cevapları, yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilenlerin kaydı, kayıtlı kişileriniz, destek talepleriniz ve bildirimleriniz dahil hesabınıza bağlı veriler kalıcı olarak silinir. Silme, bekleme süresinin ardından geri alınamaz şekilde uygulanır.
• Veriler, bir arıza ya da hata sonrasında geri getirilebilmeleri için yedeklenir. Silinen veriler, hesap silme dahil, yedeklerde en fazla 7 gün daha kalır ve sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Yedekler yalnız kaybolan ya da bozulan veriyi geri getirmek için kullanılır.
• Yasal ve mali kayıt niteliğindeki işlem kayıtları (satın alma kayıtları ve yorum üretim maliyet kayıtları) hesap silindikten sonra da muhasebe kaydı olarak saklanır; bu kayıtlar ad, doğum bilgisi veya yorum içeriği içermez. Satın alma kayıtları muhasebe kaydının parçası olarak hesap kimliğini ve mağazanın sipariş numarasını korur; yorum üretim maliyet kayıtları korumaz.
• Kötüye kullanım kayıtları 90 gün sonra otomatik silinir.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 uyarınca: kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, hangi amaçla işlendiğini ve o amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde ya da yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme, bu düzeltme ve silmenin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, yalnızca otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analiz sonucu aleyhinize çıkan bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme yüzünden zarara uğrarsanız zararın giderilmesini isteme hakkına sahipsiniz. GDPR kapsamındaysanız ayrıca işlemeye itiraz etme ve verilerinizin aktarılmasını isteme (taşınabilirlik) hakkınız vardır. Hesap silme uygulama içinden yapılabilir (Profil → Hesap); uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız Google hesabınızla giriş yaparak web'den de silebilirsiniz: https://dimlight.dev/astrosoma/delete-account Diğer talepler için hello@dimlight.dev adresine yazabilirsiniz; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. KVKK kapsamında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikayet hakkınız saklıdır.

7. Yaş sınırı

AstroSoma 16 yaşından küçükler için değildir. Uygulama kayıt sırasında yaş beyanı ister.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değiştiğinde güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden duyurulur.

AstroSoma Privacy Policy

AstroSoma ("the app") is a mobile application offering personalized astrology readings. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and your rights. Data controller: Erol Soyöz (Dim Light Labs), contact: hello@dimlight.dev.

1. Data we collect

Account information. Email address and sign-in method (Google sign-in), account creation date, last activity time. If you signed in with Google, the link to your Google account's profile photo is kept with your account too; the app shows that photo only as your own avatar, makes no copy of it, and it is deleted with your account.

Birth information. Your name (or nickname), birth date, birth time (if known), birth place with its coordinates and timezone, and gender. This data is required to calculate your birth chart and generate readings; the app does not work without it.

Saved people. The name and birth details of people you add for compatibility analysis. Informing those people before entering their data is your responsibility.

Generated readings. The reading texts generated for you are stored on your account, together with a record of the birth data they were generated from. The questions you type (your own question for a reading, and the questions you ask under a reading) and the answers to them are stored on your account as well, and are deleted with it. A record of what was sent to the AI provider for a reading (the birth data, the question and the generated text) is kept so that a faulty reading can be examined; it is deleted with your account too. We may view a reading, together with the birth data and question it was generated from, for quality checks and to handle your support requests; views made through our administration panel are logged.

Purchase information. Credit and subscription purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play / App Store) and our billing provider RevenueCat. Your card details never reach us; what reaches us are transaction records such as the purchased product, price, currency, country and the store's order number. The order number is kept to find which purchase a refund belongs to.

Support requests. When you open a support ticket, the messages you write and the ticket's language are stored. If you report a reading, the ticket carries that reading's identifier.

Notification data. Device push tokens and your notification preferences are stored so notifications can be delivered.

App settings. Your device's timezone (so your daily allowance and your notifications follow your own day), the app's language and version, the music styles you pick, your own invite code and how many invite rewards it has earned, and, if you came through an invite link, which account invited you.

Usage and security data. Anonymous-level usage events (e.g. a notification tap) are collected via Firebase Analytics. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your permission for this is asked on Google's consent form described below. If you do not give it, or have not been asked yet, Analytics stores no identifier on your device: events are sent without one and cannot be linked to you. When the app crashes or an operation fails, a crash report is sent via Firebase Crashlytics: the technical detail of the error, the device model, the operating system version and the app version. That report contains no name, birth data or reading content and is not tied to your account. On abuse attempts (e.g. coupon-code guessing) we record the kind of rejection, your account identifier and the code that was tried, to keep the service secure (legitimate interest). Your IP address is never stored; it is irreversibly pseudonymized with a secret key. Those records auto-delete after 90 days.

Advertising data. Readers with no subscription and no credits are shown a full-screen ad from time to time; the ads come through Google AdMob. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ads are not personalized: they are not chosen by your interests or history, and AdMob reads your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) only to avoid repeating the same ad, to count impressions and to prevent fraudulent clicks. In those three regions, ads are personalized only if you allow it on the consent form below. We do not store that ID and we do not attach it to your account. Our usage statistics never see it either: Firebase Analytics is configured not to collect the advertising ID. Once you subscribe, or while you hold credits, no ad is shown or requested and the ad SDK is not initialized. The app only asks Google's consent service, at each launch, whether consent is required where you are; no ad is requested then.

Readers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent form on the sign-in screen, before signing in. If you allow it, ads may be personalized; if not, a non-personalized ad is shown, or in some cases none at all. The same form also asks permission for usage statistics. The answer can be changed at any time inside the app, at Account → Ad Choices; that row appears only for readers who were shown the form.

You can delete or reset your advertising ID on the device: on Android, Settings → Google → Ads.

2. What we use your data for

• Calculating your birth chart and generating personalized readings (performance of contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Processing purchases, managing your credit balance and subscription (performance of contract).
• Answering your support requests (handling a request you made).
• Checking the quality of generated readings (legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); see "Generated readings" in §1.
• Sending notifications (reading-ready, support replies; you can turn them off in device settings).
• Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse (legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Aggregate usage statistics to improve the app, and crash reports to find and fix errors (legitimate interest). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, usage statistics are subject to your consent.
• Showing ads to fund free use (legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); those ads are not personalized. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalizing them is subject to your consent, asked on the sign-in screen; without it, a non-personalized ad may still be shown.

Your birth details, your readings, your support messages and your account details are not used for advertising; the only thing that reaches the ad side is the advertising ID described in §1. Your data is never sold.

3. AI processing

Readings are generated with large language models. When you request a reading, your birth date, birth time, the city you were born in and your gender are sent to the AI provider (Google Gemini) together with a summary of your birth chart (planet positions, houses, aspects), solely to generate that reading. Your own name is not sent. A compatibility reading also sends the saved person's chart summary, their birth details and the name you saved them under, because the reading speaks about that person by name. When you ask a question of your own, the sentence you typed is sent as well. When you ask about a reading, that reading's text and the earlier questions and answers under it are sent too, so the answer can continue from them. Do not write anything in a question or a suggestion that you would not want processed this way. Suggestions you send us may also be summarised with the same provider; in that case only the text of the suggestion is sent. The data sent to the provider contains no email address or account identifier.

4. Service providers we share data with

Your data is hosted or processed by the following processors. Sharing for advertising is limited to the last entry, within the scope described in §1:

• Google Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), push infrastructure. The database (Cloud Firestore) is hosted in the European region (eur3).
• RevenueCat, Inc.: purchase validation and subscription management.
• AI provider (Google): only during reading generation and suggestion summaries, within the scope described in §3.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): only for readers who are shown ads, and only the advertising ID; your account, your birth details and your readings never reach it.

Transfers outside your country. Google and RevenueCat process data in the United States as well. For readers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, these transfers rely on the providers' data processing terms, which include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. For readers in Turkey, the standard contract under Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) has been requested from Google and RevenueCat; once signed, it will be notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority and this section updated. RevenueCat receives a random account identifier, purchase records and basic device and app details (e.g. device model, app version, country) — never your name, email address or birth details.

5. Retention

• Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
• When you delete your account from within the app, the data tied to it — profile, readings, the questions you asked and their answers, the record of what was sent to the AI provider, saved people, support tickets and notifications included — is permanently deleted after the waiting period, irreversibly.
• Data is backed up so it can be recovered after an outage or an error. Deleted data, a deleted account included, stays in the backups for at most 7 more days and is then deleted automatically. Backups are used only to recover data that was lost or damaged.
• Transaction records of a legal/financial nature (purchase records and reading-generation cost records) are retained as accounting records after account deletion; they contain no name, birth data or reading content. Purchase records keep the account identifier and the store's order number as part of the accounting record; reading-generation cost records do not keep it.
• Abuse records auto-delete after 90 days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR (and Turkey's KVKK where applicable) you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Account deletion is available in the app (Profile → Account); if you cannot reach the app, you can also delete it on the web by signing in with your Google account: https://dimlight.dev/astrosoma/delete-account For other requests write to hello@dimlight.dev; requests are answered within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Age limit

AstroSoma is not for anyone under 16. The app asks for an age declaration at sign-up.

8. Changes

When this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the "last updated" date changes. Significant changes are announced in the app.
