AstroSoma ("uygulama"), kişiselleştirilmiş astroloji yorumları sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. 1. Hizmetin kapsamı

Uygulama, girdiğiniz doğum bilgilerinden doğum haritanızı hesaplar ve bu harita üzerinden günlük enerji, doğum haritası, transit, gökyüzü olayı ve uyum yorumları üretir. Yorumlar yapay zekâ modelleriyle üretilir ve hesabınızda saklanır. Uygulama çevrimiçi çalışır; internet bağlantısı olmadan kullanılamaz.

Hizmetin kapsamını, özelliklerini ve fiyatlarını değiştirme, bir özelliği geçici veya kalıcı olarak durdurma hakkımız saklıdır. Ücretli bir özelliğin kaldırılması, kullanılmamış krediler için §3'teki kuralları etkilemez.

2. Hesap ve yaş sınırı

Uygulama 16 yaşından küçükler için değildir. Kayıt sırasında yaş beyanı istenir ve doğru beyan sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Hesabınıza Google hesabınızla girersiniz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

Uyum analizi için eklediğiniz başka kişilerin doğum bilgilerini girmeden önce o kişileri bilgilendirmek ve gerekiyorsa izinlerini almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

3. Krediler ve Premium

Krediler. Yorumlar kredi karşılığında üretilir. Her yorum türünün kredi bedeli, yorum istenmeden önce uygulamada gösterilir. Yeni hesaplara bir hoş geldin bakiyesi tanımlanabilir; davet kodu ve promosyon kodu gibi kampanyalarla kredi kazanılabilir. Kampanyaların koşulları ve süresi tarafımızca belirlenir ve değiştirilebilir.

Krediler:

• yalnızca uygulama içinde yorum üretmek için kullanılır; nakit değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ve başka bir hesaba devredilemez;
• hesabınız silindiğinde, bekleme süresinin sonunda hesapla birlikte silinir;
• bu koşulların ihlali nedeniyle hesabınız kapatılırsa iade edilmez.

Bir kredi satın alımı iade edilirse, o alımla eklenen krediler bakiyenizden geri alınır. Bu kredileri kullandıysanız bakiyeniz sıfırın altına düşer; sonradan aldığınız ya da kazandığınız krediler önce bu açığı kapatır.

Bir yorum, üretim sırasında bizden kaynaklanan bir hata yüzünden üretilemezse bedeli krediye otomatik olarak iade edilir.

Premium. Premium, AstroSoma'nın aylık yenilenen aboneliğidir ve abonelere uygulamada belirtilen günlük yorum hakkını kredi harcamadan sunar; günlük hakkın üzerindeki yorumlar kredi ile alınabilir. Abonelik, satın alındığı uygulama mağazası (Google Play veya App Store) üzerinden yönetilir:

• Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir ve ücret mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
• İptal, mağazanın abonelik ayarlarından yapılır; uygulama içinden iptal edilemez. İptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; kalan süre için kısmi iade yapılmaz.
• Fiyat değişiklikleri mağazanın kuralları uyarınca önceden bildirilir.

Reklamlar. Aboneliği ve kredisi olmayan okuyuculara zaman zaman tam ekran reklam gösterilir. Abone olduğunuzda ya da krediniz olduğunda reklam gösterilmez. Reklamlar yalnızca Avrupa'da ve izninizle kişiselleştirilir. Hangi verilerle çalıştıkları ve Avrupa'da gösterilen onay ekranı Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.

Ödeme ve iade. Tüm satın alımlar mağaza üzerinden yapılır; kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir ve mağazaya yapılır. Mağaza tarafından iade edilen veya geri çekilen bir satın alımın sağladığı krediler ve haklar geri alınır.

Cayma hakkı. Krediler ve Premium, satın aldığınız anda hesabınıza tanımlanan, anında ifa edilen dijital hizmetlerdir. Bu nedenle Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-ğ uyarınca cayma hakkının kapsamı dışındadır. Bulunduğunuz ülkenin hukuku dijital içerik için cayma hakkı tanıyorsa, satın alarak teslimatın hemen başlamasını istemiş ve teslimat başladığında bu hakkı kaybettiğinizi kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu, mağazanın iade politikası kapsamındaki haklarınızı etkilemez.

4. Yorumların niteliği

Yorumlar eğlence ve kişisel gelişim amaçlıdır. Astroloji bilimsel bir tahmin yöntemi değildir ve yorumlar tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki, finansal veya başka bir profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Sağlığınız, ilişkileriniz, paranız veya hukuki durumunuzla ilgili kararları yorumlara dayanarak vermeyin; bu konularda ilgili uzmana başvurun.

Yorumlar yapay zekâ ile üretilir. Yanlış, eksik, tekrarlı veya beklediğinizden farklı metinler çıkabilir; belirli bir içerik, doğruluk veya sonuç garanti edilmez. Bir yorumu beğenmediğinizi uygulama içinden bildirebilir, sorunlu bir yorum için destek talebi açabilirsiniz.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları yapamazsınız:

• başka bir kişinin hesabına erişmeye çalışmak veya başkası adına hesap açmak;
• otomatik araçlarla istek göndermek, hız sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak, kupon veya davet kodlarını deneme yoluyla bulmaya çalışmak;
• uygulamayı, sunucularını veya ödeme altyapısını tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmak, değiştirilmiş bir sürümünü kullanmak veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmak;
• krediyi, davet ödülünü veya promosyonları haksız biçimde elde etmek için çoklu hesap açmak;
• destek kanalını taciz, hakaret veya hukuka aykırı içerik için kullanmak.

Bu kuralların ihlalinde hesabınızı önceden bildirmeksizin askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz; haksız elde edilen krediler geri alınır.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı, yazılımı ve içindeki metinler Erol Soyöz'e aittir veya lisans altında kullanılır. Sizin için üretilen yorumları kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla saklayabilir ve paylaşabilirsiniz; uygulamanın paylaşım özelliği bu kullanım içindir. Yorumları toplu olarak kopyalamak, başka bir hizmette sunmak veya satmak yasaktır.

7. Hesap silme ve hizmetin sona ermesi

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden (Profil → Hesap) silebilirsiniz; uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız Google hesabınızla giriş yaparak web'den de silebilirsiniz: https://dimlight.dev/astrosoma/delete-account. Silme talebinin ardından 30 günlük bekleme süresi başlar; bu süre içinde uygulamaya giriş yapıp hesabınızı geri getirerek silmeyi iptal edebilirsiniz. Hiç kurulmamış bir hesabın (giriş yapıp kaydı tamamlamadıysanız) bekleyecek bir şeyi yoktur; hemen silinir. Süre dolduğunda hesabınız ve ona bağlı veriler kalıcı olarak silinir; kullanılmamış krediler de silinir. Süren aboneliğiniz varsa hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez — aboneliği ayrıca mağazadan iptal etmelisiniz.

Koşulları ihlal ettiğinizde veya hizmeti sonlandırdığımızda hesabınızı kapatabiliriz. Hizmetin tamamen sonlandırılması durumunda makul bir süre önceden bildirim yaparız.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya her cihazla uyumlu çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından veya yorumlara dayanarak verilen kararların sonuçlarından sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğumuzun toplamı, zararın doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde uygulamaya ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak emredici yasal haklarınız saklıdır.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar değiştiğinde güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda, tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetleri ve mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

AstroSoma Terms of Use

AstroSoma ("the app") is a mobile application offering personalized astrology readings. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Service provider: Erol Soyöz (Dim Light Labs), contact: hello@dimlight.dev. 1. Scope of the service

The app calculates your birth chart from the birth details you enter and generates daily energy, birth chart, transit, sky event and compatibility readings from it. Readings are generated by AI models and stored on your account. The app works online; it cannot be used without an internet connection.

We reserve the right to change the scope, features and prices of the service and to pause or discontinue a feature temporarily or permanently. Removing a paid feature does not affect the rules in §3 for unused credits.

2. Account and age limit

The app is not for anyone under 16. An age declaration is asked for at sign-up, and its accuracy is your responsibility.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done through it.

Before entering another person's birth details for compatibility analysis, informing that person — and obtaining their permission where required — is your responsibility.

3. Credits and Premium

Credits. Readings are generated in exchange for credits. The credit cost of each reading type is shown in the app before a reading is requested. New accounts may receive a welcome balance; credits can also be earned through campaigns such as invite codes and promo codes. The conditions and duration of campaigns are set by us and may change.

Credits:

• are used only to generate readings inside the app; they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account;
• are deleted together with the account at the end of the waiting period when you delete your account;
• are not refunded if your account is closed for a breach of these terms.

If a credit purchase is refunded, the credits it added are taken back from your balance. If you have already used them, your balance goes below zero, and credits you buy or earn later cover that amount first.

If a reading cannot be generated because of a failure on our side, its cost is refunded to your credit balance automatically.

Premium. Premium is AstroSoma's monthly renewing subscription that gives subscribers the daily reading allowance stated in the app without spending credits; readings beyond the daily allowance can be taken with credits. The subscription is managed through the app store it was purchased from (Google Play or the App Store):

• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the charge is made to your store account.
• Cancellation is done in the store's subscription settings; it cannot be done inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; there is no partial refund for the remaining time.
• Price changes are announced in advance under the store's rules.

Ads. Readers with no subscription and no credits are shown a full-screen ad from time to time. No ad is shown once you subscribe, or while you hold credits. Ads are personalized only in Europe, and only with your consent. What data they run on, and the consent form shown in Europe, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Payment and refunds. All purchases go through the store; your card details never reach us. Refund requests are subject to the store's refund policy and are made to the store. Credits and entitlements granted by a purchase that the store refunds or reverses are withdrawn.

Right of withdrawal. Credits and Premium are digital services delivered to your account the moment you buy them. Under Turkish law (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ) the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. Where your local law grants a withdrawal right for digital content, by buying you ask for delivery to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once it has. This does not affect the refunds available under the store's refund policy.

4. Nature of the readings

Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection. Astrology is not a scientific method of prediction, and readings do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not base decisions about your health, relationships, money or legal situation on readings; consult the relevant professional for those.

Readings are generated by AI. Texts may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or different from what you expected; no specific content, accuracy or outcome is guaranteed. You can mark a reading you did not like in the app and open a support ticket for a problematic one.

5. Acceptable use

While using the app you may not:

• attempt to access another person's account or open an account on someone else's behalf;
• send requests with automated tools, try to exceed rate limits, or try to discover coupon or invite codes by guessing;
• reverse engineer the app, its servers or its payment infrastructure, use a modified build, or circumvent security measures;
• open multiple accounts to obtain credits, invite rewards or promotions unfairly;
• use the support channel for harassment, abuse or unlawful content.

On a breach of these rules we may suspend or close your account without prior notice; unfairly obtained credits are withdrawn.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its software and the texts in it belong to Erol Soyöz or are used under license. You may keep and share the readings generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes; the app's share feature exists for that use. Copying readings in bulk, offering them in another service or selling them is prohibited.

7. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account from within the app (Profile → Account); if you cannot reach the app, you can also delete it on the web by signing in with your Google account: https://dimlight.dev/astrosoma/delete-account. A 30-day waiting period starts after the request; during it you can cancel the deletion by signing in to the app and bringing your account back. An account that was never set up (you signed in but did not finish sign-up) has nothing to wait for and is deleted at once. When the period ends, your account and the data tied to it are permanently deleted, unused credits included. If you have an active subscription, deleting the account does not cancel it — you must cancel the subscription separately in the store.

We may close your account if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. If the service is discontinued entirely, we give reasonable advance notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted, error-free or on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or the consequences of decisions made on the basis of readings, arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the damage arose. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

9. Changes

When these terms change, the current version is published on this page and the "last updated" date changes. Significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the current terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, your right to bring a dispute before the consumer arbitration committees and courts of your place of residence is unaffected.
